After a busy day and exposed under the sun rays all day long, our skin need a treatment to avoid any damage and premature aging. So, here is a way to keep your skin beautiful and healthy...
CLEANSING
- Remove your eye and lip make-up with eyes and lip make up remover. Why remover? Because your most eyes and lip are sensitive part on your face, so using eyes and lip make-up remover is much better than using cleanser.
- Clean your remained make-up using cleanser.
- Use your facial wash/ facial foam to remove the remained cleanser.
- Toner time! Maybe some of you are confuse, why toner after facial wash? Why not after cleanser? Let me explain, There's a dermatologist that I met few years ago, told me that facial wash is more effective to remove remained cleanser and toner keeps your skin hydrated after using facial wash :)
TREATMENT TIME!
- Do you have panda eyes so often? Eye cream is the solution! Apply it around eye gently before sleep.
- Use moisturizer that contains Vitamin A and E. It helps your skin's regeneration and repairs damaged skin. Don't forget, choose the right moisturizer! The wrong one will make your face full with pimples! OH NO NO!!
- Dip a soft-cloth into a warm water. Gently, rub it onto your lip. This is an easy way to exfoliate any dry and dead skin. Apply lip-balm to makes your lip soften and heals from chapped lips
- Hand and Body lotion is a MUST!! Same with moisturizer. Whitening body lotions are optimal in night.
- Brush your hair in the night, will keep away any tangled in the morning. Remember, brush the tip first, it'll reduce your hair-fall. Make sure to wash your hands before brushing your hair :)
