So, this is my favorite dance line up. I categorized them into four steps: Warming up, Medium Intensity, High Intensity, and also Cooling Down. However, I usually don't do all of the dance in one workout session but I choose some dances from every step and in the next day I choose different dances.
Step 1 : Warming Up

Step 4: Cooling Down
Even though this routine doesn't makes you sweat as much as you do the real exercise (except you add more high intensity dance), I think it is still useful to keep my weight. Maybe the problems that makes me hard to lose wight is because I cannot control my eating (I still eat oily and high calories food) and I don't do this routine regularly (Im the type of person that lack of self-discipline T.T). I hope in 2016 I can do this routine regularly and do more healthy lifestyle :D
